What would you say to someone who is thinking about their future and their own fitness journey?
You never know what you can do until you try it. I get excited when I can lift a heavier weight, when I can do more push ups than the last time. There is always a new goal to reach but you have to start small. My first goal was to just be consistent in my workouts while I changed my diet to lose weight. Now I want to tone those muscles from the weight I lost but going to the gym and doing something new and challenging keeps me engaged. It’s not just about the weight loss anymore but a lifestyle change that I needed and proud to continue to with!
Through all of the sarcasm and jokes you guys are all great and I am grateful to be a part of the gym!!!!!
